Customer Success Manager
Does the combination of SaaS and communication with customers interest you? We've got you covered! As our first Customer Success Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for our customers.
Meet Radka, our Operations Director and your team lead
You'll be at the very start of a brand new team. You'll be working closely with Sales, Product & Engineering to communicate feedback from customers and help improve our product.
- developing & maintaining relationships with customers
- responsibility for customer onboarding
- training customers on using our products
- gathering feedback from customers and communicating it to Growth & Product
- being the first point of contact for technical and non-technical issues
- customer retention
- cross-selling and up-selling of Eldison products and services
- project Management skills
- IT skills (e.g. Asana, Google applications, Excel)
- strong orientation on customer satisfaction
- willingness to sell (renewals, up-sells, cross-sells)
- proficiency in English and Czech/Slovak language
- advantage: Customer Success Management experience, working with Camunda or other BPMN tool, additional technical skills
