When asked, Miroslava told us they believe that innovation in the legal industry is inevitably intertwined with technology. Companies, from startups to corporations, are accustomed to using various technological solutions on a daily basis, which raises expectations on how their legal partners should function. Clients now demand not only efficiency associated with technology but also transparency, innovation, and straightforward communication from their legal partners. Miroslava sees this as a challenge for lawyers to become somewhat of a technology company in their way of functioning.
