Yes! You can log in with your personal email after your termination process is complete.
When you leave your employer, the operator will handle the termination process, determining which assets you keep (typically vested ones) and which you lose (typically unvested ones). Each company may have different rules for this.
As part of the process, you'll receive a termination letter, and your personal email will be added to Eldison Platform. Once finalized, your credentials will be switched to your personal email, and you'll receive a confirmation email to that address.
