An overview of the six process types on the Eldison platform and the general steps every process follows, from draft to completion.
Welcome to the Eldison Platform's process guide. Here, you'll learn how to manage different types of processes for transferring assets during important events and milestones.
The platform supports six main process categories:
The initial phase involves collecting necessary data consolidated into one step. Once saved, the process remains in a "draft" state, visible only to the operator for review and confirmation. Documentation generates automatically per predefined schema.
Processes can start from multiple locations: process lists, participant lists, or individual participant profiles. Plan selection follows, unless only one plan exists (then automatic).
Publishing the process makes it visible to all relevant parties and initiates the signature phase. Documents regenerate with current participant and process data. If no approval or signing processes exist, completion occurs automatically.
If enabled at the client level, an approval sub-process ensures a double-check of the data and documents for accuracy. Any non-initiating operator may approve or reject.
This stage involves generating and signing documents. These are sent via DocuSign to all signatories.
Operators can void DocuSign envelopes for pending documents, enabling modifications or cancellation.
Once a process is marked as complete, asset transfers are executed according to the process details.
