Eldison is an app for operating and managing tailor-made equity programs.
Thanks to our processing system Eldison is a flexible tool that can be configured according to the needs of each company. Our goal is to make equity programs easy to operate and understandable by all the users, so the ESOP becomes a real motivation for everyone.

The platform consolidates multiple functions into a single system. Rather than requiring several different tools to manage equity obligations and operations, companies can synchronize their existing tools through Eldison. The service emphasizes professional, smooth onboarding processes and includes support for contract management through their legal team.
The platform features an up-to-date dashboard displaying company projections, valuation data, smart filters, transaction history, and signed documents in one centralized location.

Three role types exist: Operators (typically HR/legal staff managing the platform), approval roles, and regular users. Operators have comprehensive access to participant data and can initiate awarding processes.
Operator has a clear view of all the participants. They can check their data, import company valuation and start awarding processes. Operator is usually a person from the HR or legal department, trying to organize the whole platform and make the experience as seamless as possible for the company employees.
As the number of your participants grows, a good operator is a key for your ESOP program.
