Junior Associate (koncipient/ka) for Commercial & Tech (Prague)

On the day-to-day, you’ll: 

‍

• draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements (SaaS, services, NDAs, supplier contracts, licensing, operational contracts)
• provide day-to-day legal support to tech startups and scale-ups
• communicate directly with clients and counterparties during negotiations
• help structure clear and business-oriented contractual solutions
• assist with operational legal matters and internal documentation
• collaborate with senior lawyers on more complex commercial and regulatory topics

Our ideal candidate:

‍

• has a Master’s degree in law.
• has an early-stage legal experience (law firm or in-house), ideally in commercial, IT/IP or operational legal agenda
• is interested in contract negotiation and direct client communication
• has strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• has ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• is curious about SaaS, tech products and digital business models
• values giving (and receiving) constructive feedback
• has the ability to build and share knowledge
• is proficient in English and Czech/Slovak
