Junior Associate (koncipient/ka) for Transaction team (Prague)

On the day-to-day, you’ll: 

‍

• work on legal advice to tech startups on international M&A transactions
• work on legal advice to tech startups or investors on funding rounds at various stages of a startup life cycle
• draft and review M&A documents tailored to our clients' business needs)
• take part in transaction project management
• help with corporate housekeeping, intra-group relations and other corporate needs of our clients
• conduct legal research on transactions, financing, corporate and regulatory agenda (such as securities, crowdfunding and collective investment)

Our ideal candidate:

‍

• has a Master’s degree in law
• has 1+ year experience in corporate law, M&A, and/or transactions
• is proficient in English and Czech/Slovak
• has strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
• appreciates giving (and receiving) constructive feedback
• has the ability to build and share knowledge
