Junior Attorney (advokát/ka) for Privacy team (Prague)

On the day-to-day, you’ll: 

‍

• design and implement practical compliance frameworks and solutions in the area of data protection for technology startups and scale-ups
• advise clients on personal data processing and data use in their day-to-day business
• draft, review, and negotiate contracts with a focus on data protection and technology
• monitor new regulatory developments at the EU level and translate them into concrete, actionable recommendations for clients
• work closely with clients’ product and marketing teams and support the assessment of various products

Our ideal candidate:

‍

• is a qualified attorney (advokát/advokátka) registered with the Czech Bar Association
• has experience in data protection and GDPR, with a genuine interest in technology
• is fluent in Czech and English; additional languages are a plus
• is interested in the development of European regulation
• has strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
• appreciates giving and receiving constructive feedback
• has the ability to build and share knowledge
