Senior Associate (advokát/ka) for Commercial & Privacy team (Prague)

On the day-to-day, you’ll:
‍

• provide practical, business-oriented legal advice in IP, IT, and data privacy to tech companies, tailoring solutions to their business models and product needs
• draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, representing both providers and customers
• act as a trusted partner to clients’ internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.), advising on legal risks and implications of business decisions
• help startups and scale-ups navigate complex regulatory landscapes while enabling their growth

Our ideal candidate:
‍

• Czech attorney, based in Prague
• 3+ years of experience in IP/IT, data privacy, GDPR, or commercial contracting
• solid background in technology-driven legal matters
• a can-do mindset and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• strong communication and prioritization skills
• fluent in Czech and English (German is a plus)
• has strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
• appreciates giving (and receiving) constructive feedback
• has the ability to build and share knowledge
